The agreement between you and Makeable, written to be read rather than skipped.

Makeable is operated by Lyannard Lie ("Makeable", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business; if you are signing up as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

Makeable is a production planning tool. You enter materials, recipes, products and orders; Makeable calculates how many units you can make, what is limiting you, and what you are short of. It is decision support, not a guarantee, you remain responsible for your own production decisions.
We work to keep Makeable available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You must not use Makeable unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam through it; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload malware; probe, scan or interfere with its security; scrape it in bulk; reverse engineer it; resell or redistribute it; or circumvent technical limits including plan quotas and rate limits.
Your materials, recipes, products, orders and uploads remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data or use your recipes to train models.
Makeable, the software, interface, documentation and branding, remains our intellectual property. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within the plan you have selected.
Makeable offers a free plan with usage limits and paid subscription plans billed monthly or yearly. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from Plan & billing in your dashboard; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable we will warn you first.
You may close your account at any time. On termination you can export your data; after 30 days your workspace is permanently deleted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill.
Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.
You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Lyannard Lie's place of registration, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
