30-day money-back guarantee

If Makeable isn't right for your workshop, request a full refund within 30 days of your payment and we'll return it. No interrogation, no restocking maths.

You can also try Makeable indefinitely on the free Maker plan before paying anything.

How to request a refund

• Through PaddleRefunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all Makeable orders. Visit paddle.net with the email you paid with to raise a request.
• Through usEmail makeableapp@gmail.com with your account email and we will raise it with Paddle for you.
• TimingApproved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Renewals and cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time from Plan & billing in your dashboard and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, no further charges.

If a renewal charge caught you by surprise, contact us within 30 days and we will refund it.

What happens to your data

Refunding does not delete your workspace. Your account drops to the free Maker plan and your materials, recipes and orders stay put. Ask makeableapp@gmail.com if you want the workspace deleted instead, and Lyannard Lie will remove it permanently within 30 days.
